Based on our past year of conversations, collaboration, and shared alignment, I would like to formally propose the following strategic partnership framework. This proposal includes a 21-point plan designed to create clarity, structure, and measurable impact. Below is the high-level overview. Each point can be expanded for deeper detail, discussion, and alignment.
Purpose
Before addressing the individual negotiating points contained in this proposal, it is important that we first establish a mutual understanding of the foundational terms and principles upon which the remaining points are built.
These definitions are intended to create continuity of meaning throughout the proposal. When these terms are referenced in subsequent sections, they should be understood according to the definitions established here rather than interpreted differently from one point to another.
The purpose is not simply to agree upon language, but to establish a shared framework for evaluating decisions, responsibilities, relationships, governance, and the proper ordering of the matters discussed throughout this proposal.
1Truth
Truth is God’s perspective on a matter.
Within the context of this proposal, Truth represents the governing standard by which circumstances, decisions, intentions, and actions should ultimately be evaluated. It recognizes that individual perspectives may differ, but Truth itself is not determined merely by preference, convenience, emotion, or personal interest.
2Right Order
Right Order is the properly intended sequencing and arrangement of people, principles, priorities, responsibilities, and actions in alignment with Truth.
Right Order seeks to ensure that things are not merely done effectively, but appropriately—according to their proper place, timing, responsibility, and purpose. It reflects an intention to honor and glorify God through respect and reverence for His laws, principles, and established order.
Right Order also requires commitment to the proper sequence irrespective of how long that sequence may take to faithfully complete. Once the proper order has been identified, unexpected difficulty, delay, or inconvenience should not, by itself, become justification for circumventing or abandoning that order in pursuit of a faster outcome.
In this framework, achieving the desired outcome is not sufficient by itself; how that outcome is pursued, in what sequence, under whose responsibility, and according to which principles also matters.
3Light
Light is Truth made visible — what is disclosed plainly, so that it can be examined.
Where Truth establishes what is so, and Right Order establishes how matters should proceed, Light governs what is shown. A position held privately, however sound, cannot be relied upon by another party; it becomes dependable only once it is disclosed in terms that party is able to examine.
In practice this means material facts are put forward rather than waited for: the condition of a venture, the assumptions beneath a projection, and the risks known to one party and not the other. Disclosure is treated as an obligation of the party holding the information, not as a burden of discovery placed on the party lacking it.
Light is also what makes the other two principles verifiable. Truth that is never disclosed cannot be tested, and Right Order that is never visible cannot be held to account. Both parties should expect to be examined, and neither should ask the other to proceed on assurance alone.
4Money
Money is a unit of measure — the instrument by which value exchanged is denominated, not the standard by which value is determined.
Money measures certain things well: exchange, scale, efficiency, and return. Treating it as a unit of measure means holding it to the discipline any instrument of measurement requires — that it be applied accurately, reported plainly, and never adjusted to flatter the result.
What money does not do is establish whether a thing should be undertaken, or in what order. Those questions belong to Truth and to Right Order. Where a larger or faster figure is available only by departing from the proper sequence, the sequence governs.
This is not indifference to return. Returns are expected, they are measured in money, and both parties should hold this partnership to that measure. What the framework governs is how those returns are pursued, which is precisely what keeps the measure worth trusting.
5Time
Time is the medium in which Right Order is worked out, and is held in stewardship rather than spent for convenience.
Right Order commits both parties to the proper sequence irrespective of how long that sequence takes. Time is what that commitment costs. Naming it as a foundational term is an acknowledgement that duration is a real and accepted price of doing things in their proper order, rather than an obstacle to be engineered away.
Stewardship, however, runs in both directions. Time is finite, and it belongs to everyone this partnership touches — the parties, the ventures, and the students and communities served. Patience with the sequence is not licence for drift: within the proper order, urgency, diligence, and the keeping of dates remain expected.
Decisions in this proposal are therefore weighed against a long horizon. Speed is pursued inside the order rather than in place of it, and the parties should expect to be judged over that horizon rather than by any single interval within it.
Seven World Holdings has been structured as a coordinated portfolio of companies, platforms, and initiatives operating across artificial intelligence, automation, education, business services, governance, security, and international development.
The purpose of this section is not to explain every venture in detail. It is to provide a clear view of the organizational foundation already being assembled and demonstrate how its individual components are designed to create greater value together than they could independently.
Organizational Structure
The organizational chart provides a high-level view of the legal and operational relationships across the Seven World Holdings portfolio.
Seven World Holdings serves as the parent holding company for aligned ventures. Beneath it are three primary operating pillars:
Each operating company supports specialized products, divisions, subsidiaries, and initiatives while remaining connected to a broader shared vision.
The chart is intended to communicate organizational clarity—not operational complexity. Additional information regarding individual companies, products, leadership, and development stages can be provided separately where relevant.
Ecosystem Flywheel
The companies and initiatives within Seven World Holdings are not intended to operate as an unrelated collection of projects. They are being developed as an interconnected ecosystem in which the capabilities, relationships, knowledge, infrastructure, and opportunities generated by one part can strengthen the others.
At the center of this ecosystem is Solomon’s Brain, a biblical wisdom architecture being developed to support augmented-intelligence governance, principled decision-making, and accountability across the portfolio.
The broader flywheel operates through several reinforcing functions:
Each component can create value independently. The greater opportunity is created when they operate together—sharing talent, technology, intelligence, relationships, distribution, infrastructure, and institutional learning.
The result is a compounding system:
Learn → Develop People → Build Solutions → Deploy Them → Tell the Story → Attract Opportunity → Reinvest What Is Learned
The organizational chart explains how the portfolio is structured.
The ecosystem flywheel explains why the portfolio belongs together.
Escuela Primaria Jesús Maestro holds a uniquely important place in my heart, in the story of my family, and in the origin of DAIA.
It was the first school my children attended when I began the process of becoming their father. Our relationship with the school began unexpectedly. After being turned away from multiple schools, Escuela Primaria Jesús Maestro made a last-minute accommodation and opened its doors to my children.
At the time, it simply felt like a school willing to help a family that needed somewhere to go.
Looking back, I see it differently.
It was a seed.
The School

Later that school year, I discovered that my son was struggling academically. I did not fully understand the severity of the problem until relatively late, when he was at significant risk of having to repeat his grade.
My immediate instinct was the instinct of a father: solve the problem. But as I became more involved, I began to understand that the problem was larger than my son.
There were other children struggling. There were parents who, like me, did not always have sufficient visibility into what was happening inside the classroom. And there were teachers who cared deeply about their students but were often working with limited resources, technology, and support.
The question therefore changed. It was no longer simply: how do I help my son? It became: how do we build something that helps the child, the parent, and the educator at the same time?
I approached the school’s leadership with a simple proposition — allow me to help solve the problem. I began stewarding and personally funding that mission, and I have continued doing so for the past several years.
What I could not have understood at the time was how much would eventually grow from that original problem.
Even the school’s name has taken on greater meaning with time. Escuela Primaria Jesús Maestro can be understood in English as “Jesus the Teacher Primary School.” The Spanish expression Jesús Maestro carries the sense of Jesus as Teacher, or Master.
There is something extraordinarily poetic about that. Because the truth is, I do not know exactly where this journey leads. I do not know which projects will work, which will fail, which will remain inside one school, or which might eventually touch an entire country.
We are still students ourselves. We are learning by doing — trying to remain humble enough to recognize what we do not know, courageous enough to act on what we do know, and faithful enough to steward whatever is placed in front of us.
And at the center of that journey sits a school whose very name reminds us: Jesus is the Teacher.
There is another symbolism in this story that has become increasingly important to me. The pursuit of wisdom begins with recognizing ignorance — recognizing what we do not yet know.
Our journey began with ignorance in its most innocent form. A child did not yet know certain things. A father did not yet understand how much his child was struggling. Neither of us knew what that discovery would eventually become.
That ignorance created a question. The question revealed a problem. The problem demanded a solution. The solution became a mission.
And that mission ultimately blossomed into what we now know as DAIA, with multiple projects, verticals, and initiatives being stewarded across education, artificial intelligence, technology, and community development.
Today, with the benefit of hindsight, we can begin to see the force that was contained within that original seed. That creates tremendous reverence for where the seed was planted.
Escuela Primaria Jesús Maestro is not simply a school DAIA supports. It is part of the reason DAIA exists.
This connection is also deeply personal. No matter where life takes my children, Escuela Primaria Jesús Maestro will always be their first school from this chapter of our lives. Their memories there — the teachers, classrooms, friendships, difficulties, lessons, and experiences — will forever be part of their story.
Because of that, my commitment to my children has gradually become intertwined with my commitment to the school. I cannot change every experience they had there. But I can help determine what we leave behind.
One of the greatest ways I can honor what this school gave my family is to help make it better for the families who come after ours.
My hope is that, God willing, my children can return decades from now. They might walk through the same grounds they once walked as students and see children learning with resources that did not exist when they were there. They might meet teachers whose capabilities have been multiplied by technology. They might see programs that began while they were children but continued long after they left.
They may even sit beneath trees planted by students who came before them — or watch another generation of children plant trees for generations they themselves will never meet.
And my children will know what the school looked like before. They will be able to see the difference. Perhaps that becomes one of the most enduring lessons I can give them.
Gratitude should become stewardship. And stewardship should leave something behind for the next generation.
One of the initiatives that grew from this relationship became what we call the Light Link Project. Our original intention was straightforward: secure computers and build a computer laboratory for the students.
It was well-intentioned. But implementation taught us something. We began to realize that simply putting technology into the hands of students was not necessarily the highest-leverage starting point.
The highest-leverage people may be the adults responsible for serving those children every day — the teachers, the educators, and the administrators.
Give one child a computer and you empower one child. Increase the capacity of a teacher, and that increased capacity can compound through hundreds or thousands of interactions with children over time. So our strategy evolved.
The Objective
Secure computers and appropriate technology for the teaching and administrative staff across the school, while completing a dedicated student computer laboratory of approximately 20 computers.
The objective is not simply to donate hardware. It is to increase human capacity.
Over the past several years, our understanding of Escuela Primaria Jesús Maestro has evolved again. We no longer see it simply as a place where we can perform charitable work. We see the school as a miniature version of the country.
Inside one school, almost every major system of society is represented in some form: education, families, health, food, transportation, technology, infrastructure, security, communication, administration, environment, culture, and community.
That makes the school an extraordinary proving ground. Instead of sitting in a conference room designing theoretical solutions for an entire nation, we can begin with one real community, working alongside real teachers, real parents, and real children.
We can identify a real problem, deploy a small solution, measure what happens, document what fails, improve what works, and then ask one critical question: can this be multiplied?
Our goal is to continually search for ideas capable of becoming 1,000 times larger than the original pilot.
The vision for Escuela Primaria Jesús Maestro is grounded not only in what we believe is possible, but in the experiences of the people who serve its students every day.
Rather than attempting to tell their stories for them, the following interviews provide an opportunity to hear directly from seven of the school’s educators, followed by a glimpse into my own relationship with the children.
Together, these voices provide the human context behind the mission. They allow the people closest to the work to speak for themselves, and provide a firsthand view into the school, its educators, its students, and the community we hope to serve for generations.
Imagine that we put computers into the school and introduce a digital curriculum. We measure student participation, grades, engagement, teacher productivity, and learning outcomes.
If the results are meaningful, perhaps what began as a curriculum inside one school becomes a model that can inform how technology and digital education are deployed across other public schools — and potentially one day contribute insights useful to the Dominican Republic’s broader education system.
That is one seed. Another could begin with health. Perhaps we introduce a basic AI-assisted screening tool that helps perform simple preliminary health assessments. Inside Jesús Maestro, it might initially serve a relatively small group of children. But if the model proves safe, useful, and effective, perhaps that framework could eventually help provide preliminary screening services to communities throughout the Dominican Republic where consistent access to medical professionals is difficult.
Another seed could be a teacher. Imagine taking an excellent educator from the local community and, with their participation, developing an AI-powered digital avatar or tutor based on that teacher. A child could practice English or another subject from a parent’s cell phone with the familiar face and voice of someone from their own community.
Instead of asking children to abandon the digital environments where they already spend their time, we can bring education into those environments. If that model works for one teacher, perhaps it works for ten. Then one hundred. Eventually, hundreds of Dominican educators could extend their capacity beyond the physical classroom and make quality instruction available to children anywhere they have access to a phone.
Not every innovation needs artificial intelligence. Sometimes a child might simply take soil, place it inside a recycled tire, and plant a seed. It is a tiny act.
But what if that classroom exercise becomes a community project? What if the community project becomes a regional project? And what if the framework eventually becomes a national initiative to plant and document 100 million seeds across different regions of the Dominican Republic?
Technology could help document where they were planted, who planted them, what survived, and how they grew. Then we think beyond the next quarter or the next year. We create a 20-year roadmap.
A child plants something today knowing they may never personally benefit from the mature tree. But twenty years from now, another generation may sit beneath its shade and enjoy its fruit. That is stewardship.

See the force within the seed.
Even something as ordinary as getting a child to school can become an opportunity to build a better system. Imagine beginning with one simple school transportation pilot.
Drivers are properly identified and vetted. Routes are documented. Each day’s pickups and drop-offs create a visibility report. Parents know when their children arrive. Administrators gain greater accountability. Standards are established around who is entrusted with transporting children.
At Jesús Maestro, that might simply make transportation safer and more transparent for one community. But if it works, the system becomes a potential framework for improving how children are transported safely throughout other communities.
This is the philosophy behind what we are building.
For all of these reasons, we believe Escuela Primaria Jesús Maestro deserves substantially more focus — not less. Today, we see the school simultaneously as three things.
It is a community that opened its doors to my family when others did not. It trusted us early. That creates a responsibility to honor that trust.
It gives DAIA an authentic environment where ideas must survive contact with reality. We can test technology, educational programs, operational systems, community initiatives, and new models alongside the people they are actually intended to serve.
When something works, the evidence, processes, curriculum, technology, and lessons learned do not have to remain inside one school. They can become the foundation for something significantly larger.
The school becomes our pilot for how we intend to steward the nation.
Our immediate focus is centered around three priorities.
Secure appropriate computers and technology for the school’s teaching and administrative staff, while establishing a dedicated student computer laboratory with approximately 20 workstations.
Develop the ability to secure resources for the school while transparently documenting what was provided, where resources went, how they were used, and — most importantly — what outcomes they produced.
We want to move beyond measuring generosity by what was given. We want to measure it by what changed.
We want to professionally document the real-world transformation of Escuela Primaria Jesús Maestro. Not simply the victories: the experiments, the teachers, the children, the problems, the mistakes, the adaptations, the data, the people, the breakthroughs, and the lessons.
The documentation component is particularly important because we do not want to simply tell people what we believe works. We want to show the work.
The teachers should have voices. The children should have voices. The administrators and families should have voices. The challenges should be visible alongside the progress.
The objective is to create a living case study — and ultimately a documentary — following Escuela Primaria Jesús Maestro as it becomes a technology-enabled proving ground for education and community innovation.
The story is not really about donating computers. It is about asking a much larger question: what happens when you take the problems of one school seriously enough to ask whether solving them can teach you something about solving problems for an entire country?
DAIA began, in many ways, with a seed of ignorance. A child did not know something. A father did not know his child was struggling. A problem was discovered. And someone decided to try to solve it.
Years later, we can begin to see some of the force that was contained inside that seemingly insignificant seed. That realization creates tremendous reverence for where everything began. And perhaps it is fitting that it began at a place called Escuela Primaria Jesús Maestro — Jesus the Teacher.
A place where my children began as students. A place where I became a student. And a place where we are still learning what it means to serve.
Our intention is therefore not to treat Escuela Primaria Jesús Maestro as another project within the DAIA portfolio. We want to equip it. We want to serve it. We want to learn from it. We want to measure what works. We want to document what does not.
And when something proves worthy of multiplication, we want to take what was learned inside one school in Santo Domingo and ask how it might someday serve hundreds of schools, thousands of educators, and millions of people throughout the Dominican Republic.
Because sometimes changing something enormous begins by taking responsibility for something very small.
Clarify what Apollo-E has become, why its evolution has been intentional, and what must happen next.
Apollo-E began in logistics. Through that journey, we learned something larger:
Principles stay the same. Tools and technology change.
I now believe the responsibility is not simply to build another technology company. It is to steward what we have learned into principled human and digital infrastructure for an AI-native world—in the right order.
And those words matter:
The right order.
Because I believe the value of what has been built is not found in any individual piece. It is found in understanding how the pieces connect, how they should be sequenced, and what becomes possible when they begin compounding together.
Apollo-E started as a freight dispatching company.
Dispatching taught us that logistics is much more than trucks.
At its core, logistics is the coordination of people, assets, information, incentives, resources, movement, and timing.
It taught us that enormous problems can often be solved once we understand how the pieces connect.
We then built transportation-management technology because we saw the limits of human capacity. The question became:
How can one person accomplish 10X what they can accomplish today?
Then came AI.
We saw the emergence of agents and began exploring the digital dispatcher. But rather than immediately forcing new intelligence into an existing product simply because the market was moving there, we created space to learn.
That decision led us deeper into artificial intelligence, research and development, NodeVision, automation, organizational intelligence, education, and ultimately a much broader understanding of what Apollo-E could become.
What could appear from the outside as a series of pivots has felt very different from the inside.
Each layer revealed the next.
Apollo-E is no longer simply about logistics technology.
We see an opportunity to build human infrastructure augmented by artificial intelligence—systems that help people increase their capability without sacrificing the judgment, relationships, responsibility, principles, and humanity that make intelligence valuable in the first place.
Before asking others to adopt that infrastructure, however, we should become its first proof of concept.
We build it for ourselves first.
The goal is not to use AI to help human beings simply do more things.
It is to help people better understand what has already been entrusted to them, recognize how those things connect, and steward them in the right order.
This is where the different pieces begin to make sense together.
A home can be more than a home.
It can simultaneously create family stability, generational continuity, geographic proximity, an operating base, intellectual property, businesses, media, education, memories, and economic value.
A kitchen can preserve a grandmother’s recipes while creating a bridge to a granddaughter in another country.
A garage can preserve a father-and-son story while becoming a place for engineering, vehicles, experiences, content, learning, and entrepreneurship.
A school can be more than a place where students receive information.
It can become an environment where young people learn to identify and solve progressively larger problems using the tools of their generation.
The individual outputs are not the thesis.
The system capable of recognizing, organizing, executing, documenting, and compounding those connections is the thesis.
Our relationship with DAIA creates an extraordinary environment in which this thesis can be tested against real human needs.
Through DAIA’s relationships with schools, universities, nonprofits, developers, families, and communities, we can begin placing useful infrastructure directly into the hands of people.
One application could be an AI Founder Toolbox / Human OS that helps students learn how to think, build, solve problems, and participate economically in an increasingly digital world.
Rather than structuring education exclusively around subjects, we can experiment with structuring portions of it around progressively larger problems.
Over years, the objective is not merely to produce students who know more.
It is to help develop young people who believe:
I can identify a problem. I can understand it. I can use the tools available to me. I can create value by solving it.
The same principle applies beyond education.
Consider something as ordinary as transportation to school.
A student enters a school bus. Their presence can be securely registered. A parent can receive confirmation. The school can understand where responsibility changes hands. Drivers can operate within clearer standards. Appropriate safety events can generate alerts. Communication between families, transportation providers, and schools can become more coordinated.
On the surface, that is school transportation software.
But underneath it is the same problem Apollo-E originally learned through freight:
How do we coordinate people, assets, information, movement, responsibility, and trust?
The ambition does not have to begin with “re-architect a nation’s logistics infrastructure.”
It can begin by solving one real problem exceptionally well.
If the architecture is sound, the network itself can reveal how far the solution deserves to travel.
This also creates a different way of thinking about distribution.
DAIA does not necessarily need to look like a traditional enterprise customer paying Apollo-E a large software contract.
There can be another form of exchange.
Apollo-E contributes technology, infrastructure, intelligence, governance, product development, and knowledge.
DAIA contributes real-world problems, community relationships, institutional access, users, feedback, distribution, and an environment in which meaningful impact can be measured.
As DAIA grows, Apollo-E’s distribution can grow.
As Apollo-E improves, the infrastructure available to DAIA can improve.
Students, parents, educators, developers, communities, and organizations create feedback that makes the system more useful.
Value flows both ways.
That is the flywheel.
This also raises a question I believe will become increasingly important:
What is value?
Those principles do not disappear because technology changes.
But the tools available to us may allow us to observe forms of value that conventional systems have historically struggled to measure.
The aspiration is not to replace financial value with human impact.
It is to build systems capable of producing and measuring both.
I believe Apollo-E has meaningful value.
Because I believe that, I feel a responsibility not to improperly price it, prematurely scale it, or allow urgency to determine its architecture.
The question is no longer:
How quickly can we raise capital?
The question is:
What must be understood, built, proven, documented, governed, valued, and properly sequenced before capital multiplies it?
There has been investor interest.
There are resources we will need.
And when the appropriate capital is deployed, I want it entering an organization that understands what it is, what it is building, why it matters, and exactly what that capital is intended to accelerate.
Clarity before capital. Principles before scale. Proof before proclamation. The right order before speed.
I spent much of my life around mechanic shops.
That shaped how I see this moment.
Over the years, we have built many of the pieces independently.
Viewed separately, they can look like a collection of parts.
But a collection of parts is not an engine.
The value is in understanding how they fit together.
And there is an important difference between assembling an engine and turning the key.
By design, we have not fully turned the key yet.
Because once the engine is running, expectations change. Capital enters. Customers arrive. Commitments compound. Decisions become harder to reverse.
Speed is valuable only when the architecture underneath it is sound.
I also recognize that we are only a few meaningful relationships and conversations away from opportunities to help other organizations build their own versions of these systems.
But that creates an even greater responsibility:
Before we become mechanics for everyone else, we should build our own engine properly.
Apollo-E should become the proof.
Use the next phase to deliberately prepare Apollo-E for ignition.
That means helping us pressure-test the architecture, strengthen governance, document what has been built, establish the appropriate relationship with DAIA, prove the Human OS and AI infrastructure internally, develop measurable real-world use cases, understand emerging forms of enterprise value, determine appropriate capitalization, and sequence the next moves in the right order.
Then capitalize and activate the engine from a position of clarity rather than urgency.
Success is not simply completing a fundraising round.
It is reaching the point where we can clearly demonstrate:
what Apollo-E is, what Apollo-E has built, what makes the architecture valuable, how that value compounds, how it creates measurable economic and human outcomes, and why the next dollar of capital can produce disproportionate impact.
From there, we turn the key.
And if we have stewarded it properly, the dividends should extend beyond a financial return.
They should appear in companies built, families strengthened, knowledge preserved, students equipped, problems solved, communities served, opportunities created, and infrastructure inherited by people we may never meet.
Our ceiling becomes their floor.
There is one final reason this matters to me.
I did not arrive at this thesis by first trying to design a large company.
I arrived here by trying, imperfectly, to steward what was directly in front of me.
I became responsible for children I love.
Their education made me care about a school.
That school represented approximately 3,000 students.
That responsibility contributed to DAIA.
DAIA created new relationships, problems, responsibilities, and opportunities.
Those relationships brought me into proximity with people and organizations from whom I had long hoped to learn.
And those experiences have continued revealing how pieces I once considered separate may actually belong together.
I thought I was being entrusted with three. That number has now grown to 3,000. God moved the decimal.
The lesson I take from that is not simply to think bigger.
It is to look inward, seek wisdom, live in alignment, steward what is already in my hands, and trust that greater responsibility should follow only when I am prepared to carry it.
I believe that is the season Apollo-E is in now.
The engine is built.
The opportunity is significant.
The resources will be necessary.
But the responsibility comes first:
Seek wisdom. Protect the principles. Understand what we are stewarding. Put the pieces in the right order. Then turn the key.
Position Node Vision as a cutting-edge artificial-intelligence research, development, consulting, and growth-infrastructure company capable of helping organizations identify opportunities, solve operational problems, implement practical technology, and prepare for an AI-driven future.
Artificial intelligence is not a distant opportunity waiting to be discovered. A historic technological shift is already underway. Node Vision is being built to operate at its leading edge—translating rapidly advancing capabilities into practical solutions, scalable systems, valuable intellectual property, and measurable business outcomes.
The immediate objective is to strengthen Node Vision’s capabilities, client base, technology, brand, and market access while exploring how the company can create complementary value within the Valuetainment, Bet-David Consulting, and Lion Holdings ecosystem.
Node Vision is being developed around five mutually reinforcing pillars.
Artificial intelligence represents one of the most consequential technological and economic transitions of this generation.
Node Vision does not need to manufacture demand for that transition. The wave is already moving through every industry, and companies are increasingly being required to determine how AI will affect their operations, workforce, customer experience, competitive position, and long-term survival.
The opportunity is to position Node Vision close enough to the edge of innovation to understand emerging capabilities early, translate them into practical business applications, and help organizations benefit from the shift rather than be displaced by it.
At the center of Node Vision is a brotherly team of co-founders whose cohesion, trust, complementary capabilities, and shared commitment provide an important competitive advantage.
The company is not being assembled around a temporary opportunity or a collection of disconnected contractors. It is being built by people who have worked, traveled, solved problems, shared life, and developed genuine trust together.
That relational foundation matters. Technology will continue to change, but a disciplined team with strong communication, mutual loyalty, aligned incentives, and the ability to execute together can continue adapting as new opportunities emerge.
This is the type of team cohesion that strong business builders recognize as both valuable and difficult to manufacture.
Selected Work
Node Vision in motion—a team built through shared work, trusted relationships, and real experiences.
Node Vision works directly with businesses to understand their problems, identify where technology can create meaningful leverage, and implement solutions that produce practical value.
The company’s consulting process is centered on a straightforward principle:
Begin with the business problem—not the technology.
Node Vision can help organizations evaluate their operations, identify inefficiencies and missed opportunities, select the appropriate technologies, and design or implement AI-enabled solutions.
Potential services include:
The purpose is not to sell AI for its own sake. It is to use AI and related technologies as leverage for solving real problems, improving performance, and creating measurable economic value.
Node Vision is also developing proprietary technology intended to transform the traditional AI-consulting and agency lifecycle into a coordinated operating system.
The platform is designed to connect the entire client journey—from lead identification and qualification through discovery, solution design, proposal development, implementation, delivery, account management, follow-up, and opportunity expansion.
The objective is to create an intelligent operational environment in which:
Over time, this operating system can become more than an internal tool. It may develop into scalable intellectual property capable of supporting other consultants, agencies, service businesses, and enterprise teams.
NodeVision OS

The Node Vision operating system transforms the complete consulting lifecycle into a connected, intelligent, and accountable workflow.
Node Vision has already captured authentic content documenting the founders working, traveling, building, eating, learning, and spending time together.
That content represents more than marketing material. It provides the foundation for telling the story of a real team attempting to build at the frontier of an extraordinary technological transition.
With the right creative environment, production support, distribution strategy, and brand development, Node Vision can transform that existing foundation into a compelling media engine.
Content could include:
The objective is to build a brand that earns attention through authenticity, education, execution, and genuine human connection.
Explore a strategic relationship through which Node Vision can operate alongside Valuetainment, Bet-David Consulting, and Lion Holdings as a complementary AI consulting, implementation, and innovation capability.
Valuetainment and Bet-David Consulting have established expertise in identifying business problems, advising entrepreneurs, improving sales and operations, and creating measurable value through consulting relationships.
Node Vision brings a complementary specialization: the ability to evaluate those same organizations through a technology and artificial-intelligence lens and then help implement the systems required to address identified opportunities.
Potential models of collaboration could include:
Evaluate opportunities for Node Vision to strengthen workflows, automation, intelligence, client management, content operations, and other systems within the Valuetainment and Lion Holdings portfolio.
Where appropriate and authorized, provide selected Valuetainment or Bet-David Consulting clients with an AI and technology opportunity assessment.
This could surface needs that fall outside the scope of a traditional business-consulting engagement while creating an additional pathway through which existing client relationships can receive meaningful value.
Develop a coordinated model in which Bet-David Consulting addresses strategy, leadership, sales, communication, and business execution while Node Vision supports technology, AI, automation, implementation, and digital infrastructure.
The organizations could operate independently where appropriate and collaborate when their combined capabilities create a stronger client outcome.
Evaluate commercially sound structures for qualified opportunities, including referrals, co-delivery, revenue sharing, licensing, strategic investment, or joint ventures.
Each structure should reflect the source of the opportunity, responsibilities of the parties, intellectual-property ownership, delivery requirements, risk, and measurable value contributed.
Explore whether Node Vision’s operating system or related technologies could support consulting delivery, customer-relationship management, opportunity identification, client follow-up, implementation, or portfolio-wide operational visibility.
Leverage Valuetainment’s storytelling, production, brand-building, and distribution expertise to develop Node Vision’s content into a meaningful media property capable of educating the market, strengthening trust, attracting clients, and documenting the company’s journey.
All collaboration would remain subject to appropriate client consent, confidentiality, data protection, diligence, capacity, commercial alignment, and mutual approval.
The AI transition is creating both urgency and confusion.
Companies know they must respond, but many do not know which technologies matter, where to begin, what to build, or how to distinguish a valuable implementation from an expensive distraction.
Node Vision is positioned to bridge that gap.
Valuetainment and Bet-David Consulting understand entrepreneurs, business growth, sales, leadership, communication, and the realities facing operating companies. Node Vision understands how AI, automation, and technology can be applied to those realities.
Together, these capabilities could create a powerful progression:
Identify the business problem → Design the strategy → Build the technology → Implement the solution → Measure the outcome → Expand what works
This would allow the broader ecosystem to create additional value for existing relationships, serve new categories of clients, develop proprietary technology, generate recurring revenue, and participate more directly in the economic opportunity created by artificial intelligence.
The opportunity is strengthened by a cohesive founding team, an emerging technology platform, a practical consulting model, authentic content, and proximity to an established business, media, and relationship ecosystem.
Establish Node Vision as a trusted AI consulting, implementation, research, and growth-infrastructure company with a strong team, a recognizable brand, proprietary technology, repeatable delivery systems, and a growing portfolio of measurable client outcomes.
Success would mean:
The long-term goal is not merely to operate another AI agency.
It is to build an enduring platform at the intersection of artificial intelligence, business transformation, proprietary technology, trusted relationships, and compelling storytelling.
The opportunity is already moving.
Build the team. Ride the wave. Solve real problems. Develop the system. Tell the story. Compound the value.
Objective
Develop a structured operating system for wisdom grounded in proven biblical principles and designed to serve as a scalable governance architecture for augmented intelligence.
The founder would not be positioned as the origin or authority of these principles. Rather, the founder would serve as the initial pilot—applying the standards personally, testing their practical implementation, and remaining accountable to the same architecture being developed for others.
The long-term objective is to create trusted infrastructure that helps people, organizations, and intelligent systems evaluate not only what is possible, but also what is responsible, valuable, and worthy of pursuit.
Proposed Collaboration
Identify and structure the enduring biblical principles that should govern consequential decision-making, including wisdom, stewardship, truth, justice, humility, accountability, discernment, responsibility, and concern for long-term human flourishing.
The biblical example of Solomon provides an important inspiration: not as a claim that any individual possesses perfect wisdom, but as an enduring mandate to seek discernment before power and understanding before action.
Use the founder as the initial pilot for translating these standards into practice. This would involve evaluating decisions against the governing principles, documenting how complex tradeoffs are navigated, identifying inconsistencies between stated values and actual conduct, and creating meaningful mechanisms through which the founder remains accountable to the standards.
Translate what is learned into repeatable decision frameworks, ethical boundaries, accountability mechanisms, institutional memory, escalation protocols, and human-oversight systems.
Over time, develop this work into an independent and scalable governance layer that can be integrated across organizations, institutions, and augmented-intelligence platforms.
The system would not attempt to manufacture wisdom, dispense absolute answers, or appoint either the founder or technology as the final moral authority. It would provide structured infrastructure through which people and intelligent systems can evaluate competing values, surface consequences, recognize uncertainty, preserve accountability, and determine when human judgment must remain decisive.
Why It Matters
Humanity has built machines that amplify strength, computers that accelerate calculation, and artificial intelligence that expands access to knowledge, prediction, and creation.
But as these systems become increasingly capable, the defining question is no longer simply what they can do. It is whether we possess the wisdom to govern what they do.
Intelligence without judgment can accelerate harmful decisions as effectively as beneficial ones. As intelligence becomes more abundant, the ability to apply it responsibly becomes the greater constraint—and potentially the more valuable layer of infrastructure.
This architecture must therefore be grounded in principles that precede and stand above any individual leader, organization, or technological system. The same standards intended to govern augmented intelligence must first be demonstrated through human conduct, beginning with a founder willing to be tested, refined, and held accountable by them.
Definition of Success
Create a trusted wisdom architecture grounded in proven biblical principles, initially tested through the founder’s decisions and conduct, but never dependent upon the founder as its ultimate source or authority.
Success would mean that the founder becomes a credible first pilot of the system by submitting to its standards, demonstrating its practical value, and allowing its accountability mechanisms to expose gaps between principle and practice.
The architecture would then evolve beyond any single individual, enabling organizations and augmented-intelligence platforms to integrate it as a practical governance layer for navigating complex, uncertain, and high-consequence decisions.
The system should help its users reason more clearly, recognize tradeoffs, preserve accountability, and exercise greater discernment without claiming to replace human judgment or serve as an unquestionable moral authority.
The long-term vision is simple:
Intelligence expands what we can do. Wisdom governs what we should do. We are building the infrastructure between the two.
Objective
Structure a focused hybrid apprenticeship between Mr. Bet-David and Mr. Ellsworth, with clearly defined areas of study, application, and deliverables.
Rather than measuring the apprenticeship primarily by hours spent together, I would like to structure it around specific questions I am responsible for answering and specific things I am responsible for building.
The two apprenticeships serve different but complementary purposes.
Proposed Collaboration
With Mr. Bet-David — Principles, Judgment & the VT Brain: My time with Mr. Bet-David would center primarily around the VT Brain initiative: studying the principles, frameworks, pattern recognition, decision structures, and leadership philosophy at the seed of Valuetainment.
I would learn through observation, conversation, questioning, and building—translating what I learn into the isolated VT Brain prototype while continuously testing whether technology can strengthen principled human intelligence without diminishing the human connection behind it.
With Mr. Ellsworth — Business Valuation & the Future of Enterprise Value: My time with Mr. Ellsworth would focus intensely on understanding traditional business valuation: how sophisticated operators and investors determine value, what creates or destroys enterprise value, and how that value is ultimately validated by the market.
From that foundation, I want to investigate a second question: what forms of enterprise value are emerging technologies creating today that traditional valuation frameworks may not yet adequately observe, measure, or communicate?
Seven World Holdings—and my own development as its founder—would become a live case study.
Why It Matters
We are entering an era in which the mechanisms for creating enterprise value may evolve faster than the frameworks traditionally used to measure it.
AI systems, proprietary intelligence, institutional knowledge, distribution, data, automation, digital relationships, human networks, and the ability to rapidly turn knowledge into products can create tremendous economic leverage—yet some of that leverage may remain difficult to recognize on a traditional balance sheet or valuation model.
Before attempting to challenge or expand existing frameworks, however, I want to learn them properly. That is why the sequencing matters:
Learn the principles. Learn the traditional valuation frameworks. Build with emerging technology. Measure what happens. Then present what we discover.
Definition of Success
Begin with an approximately 90-day focused apprenticeship period, with the time allocation between Mr. Bet-David and Mr. Ellsworth determined collaboratively based on availability and highest-value use of time.
At the conclusion of that initial period, I would present a formal body of work back to the principals for critique.
That presentation would demonstrate: what I learned about traditional enterprise valuation; what emerging forms of value creation I believe may be under-observed or under-measured; what we implemented within Seven World Holdings as a real-world case study; and what measurable impact those implementations had on our ability to create, document, defend, and communicate enterprise value.
The goal is not simply to complete an apprenticeship.
The goal is to leave the apprenticeship having built something worthy of being evaluated.
Objective
Build an independent, isolated prototype of the VT Brain—a principled intelligence system designed to capture, organize, strengthen, and ultimately compound the values, knowledge, leadership frameworks, decision-making principles, and institutional intelligence that make Valuetainment unique.
This proposal does not assume Valuetainment has not already explored or implemented similar technologies. As a forward-thinking organization operating at the intersection of media, business, leadership, and technology, I would expect meaningful experimentation is already taking place.
My proposal is different: give me permission to start independently from the seed and build.
Proposed Collaboration
I would take personal responsibility for architecting and building an isolated VT Brain prototype, intentionally separate from Valuetainment’s existing technology stack, AI initiatives, databases, or internal systems.
The purpose of that separation is not technological isolation for its own sake. It is velocity, clarity, and freedom to experiment.
Rather than beginning with integration requirements, legacy infrastructure, organizational dependencies, or the question of how a new system fits into what already exists, I want to begin with a more fundamental question: if we started with the principles and intelligence that created Valuetainment, what would we build today?
That process begins as close to the seed as reasonably possible: Mr. Bet-David’s Brain.
The objective would be to study and better understand the principles, mental models, frameworks, pattern recognition, questions, decision structures, and leadership philosophies that have compounded over decades into what Valuetainment represents today.
I approach that process with humility. There is substantially more for me to learn from Mr. Bet-David about principled thinking, leadership, business, and judgment than there is for him to learn from me.
Where I believe I can contribute disproportionately is at the intersection between those principles and rapidly advancing technology: understanding how enduring human wisdom can be structured, augmented, retrieved, connected, and compounded through emerging intelligence systems without losing the human connection at its center.
Why It Matters
Artificial intelligence is advancing at extraordinary speed. As access to intelligence becomes increasingly abundant, one of the greatest differentiators may not be who has the most AI—but whose AI is grounded in the strongest principles, context, relationships, and judgment.
Valuetainment possesses something technology companies cannot simply manufacture: years of accumulated experience, trusted relationships, frameworks, conversations, decisions, failures, pattern recognition, and principles.
That intelligence is the seed. The opportunity is to build infrastructure that helps it compound.
Starting independently allows us to optimize first for learning and velocity rather than integration. If the underlying architecture is valuable, its usefulness should become increasingly evident as the system compounds. At that point, we will have substantially more information to determine what should connect to existing Valuetainment infrastructure, what should remain separate, and what should ultimately scale across the organization.
Build the intelligence first. Earn the integration second.
Definition of Success
Success is not replacing existing systems, competing with internal initiatives, or immediately deploying technology across Valuetainment.
Success is demonstrating—through an independent working prototype—that principled human intelligence can be responsibly transformed into a system that becomes increasingly useful as knowledge, context, frameworks, and relationships compound within it.
From there, we evaluate the results together.
If the seed flourishes, we determine how its architecture could responsibly connect with existing systems and eventually contribute to a broader VT Brain capable of strengthening institutional memory, leadership development, decision-making, organizational alignment, and the preservation of Valuetainment’s principles across generations.
The technology should remain subordinate to the people and principles it serves.
Start with the seed. Protect the principles. Build independently. Compound rapidly. Integrate intentionally.
Objective
Establish a formal Global Ambassador role focused on helping MINNECT strengthen its product, expand into new markets, and build strategic relationships with value-aligned organizations.
Proposed Collaboration
Serve as a hands-on extension of the MINNECT mission—actively using the platform, identifying opportunities for product refinement, providing feedback from new markets, introducing strategic partners, and helping develop repeatable pathways for international expansion.
The first formal initiative would be a DAIA × MINNECT partnership, establishing a real-world model for how MINNECT can collaborate with mission-driven organizations and educational communities in the Dominican Republic and, ultimately, other international markets.
A Case Study — Professionals Meet Purpose
Why It Matters
MINNECT already has the platform, brand, expertise, and network. The opportunity is to develop ambassadors who don’t simply promote the product, but actively help improve it, open markets, and create partnerships around it.
Definition of Success
A formal DAIA × MINNECT partnership becomes the first case study—producing measurable product feedback, user growth, strategic relationships, and a documented international expansion playbook that can be replicated in additional countries and communities.
Objective
Establish a trusted pathway for developing, producing, and distributing high-value media across the Valuetainment and Lion Holdings ecosystem.
The objective is to create a flexible foundation through which important ideas, experiences, lessons, people, businesses, and mission-aligned initiatives can be transformed into compelling content—including interviews, short-form media, educational series, documentaries, founder stories, branded productions, live experiences, and new intellectual properties.
The opportunity is not simply to appear in content. It is to contribute to the entire storytelling process: identifying valuable stories, developing strong concepts, assembling the right people, participating in production, and helping exceptional content reach the audiences it is intended to serve.
Proposed Collaboration
Create an open channel through which media and storytelling opportunities can be identified, proposed, evaluated, and developed in collaboration with Valuetainment, Lion Holdings, and their broader network.
Potential collaboration could include:
Each opportunity could be structured according to its nature and merit, including participation, production, co-development, licensing, ownership, sponsorship, distribution, or other mutually beneficial arrangements.
Valuetainment and Lion Holdings would retain complete discretion over which opportunities move forward. The intention is to establish the access, trust, and collaborative infrastructure necessary to recognize strong opportunities early and develop them efficiently when alignment exists.
Why It Matters
Media does more than capture attention. It shapes understanding, preserves institutional knowledge, builds trust, creates culture, and allows valuable ideas to reach people at scale.
Within the Valuetainment and Lion Holdings ecosystem, there is an extraordinary combination of audience, influence, production expertise, entrepreneurial experience, relationships, distribution, and access to consequential people and stories.
Many of the most valuable media opportunities may not begin as formal productions. They may begin as a lesson learned, an important conversation, a founder’s journey, an emerging business, an overlooked individual, a historical moment, or an initiative whose development deserves to be documented.
Without a trusted pathway for recognizing and developing those opportunities, meaningful stories can remain untold and valuable lessons can disappear with time.
The opportunity is to combine substance worth communicating with the storytelling capability, production infrastructure, and distribution power necessary to make it matter.
Definition of Success
Develop a trusted and recurring media collaboration through which valuable stories, lessons, people, and initiatives are consistently identified and transformed into compelling content.
Success would not be measured solely by the volume of content produced or the attention it receives. It would be measured by the quality of the work, the value delivered to the audience, the strength of the intellectual property created, the opportunities generated for all parties, and the extent to which each project advances mutually aligned objectives.
Over time, the goal is to build a flexible creative partnership capable of moving from idea to execution across formats, platforms, audiences, and opportunities.
The standard is simple:
Recognize what matters. Capture it with excellence. Tell the story with integrity. Distribute it with purpose. Build value that compounds.
Objective
Create a trusted pathway through which I can identify, recruit, and recommend exceptional people who may create meaningful value within the Valuetainment and/or Lion Holdings ecosystem.
The objective is not simply to fill open positions. It is to help ensure that the right people are connected to the right opportunities under the right structure, in alignment with the organization’s objectives, principles, culture, and long-term vision.
Proposed Collaboration
I would like the ability to bring talent opportunities to the organization through two complementary pathways.
1Traditional Recruitment
Where Valuetainment or Lion Holdings has clearly defined roles, needs, or capability gaps, I can actively identify and recommend qualified individuals who I believe align with both the requirements of the position and the principles of the organization.
2Non-Traditional Human Capital Opportunities
Occasionally, the right person may emerge before the right job description exists. In those situations, I would like the ability to present not only the individual, but also a thoughtful recommendation for how the relationship could be structured and why that architecture could create disproportionate value for all parties.
That could include apprenticeships, project-based engagements, entrepreneurial roles, strategic partnerships, international talent pathways, advisory relationships, performance-based structures, or entirely new roles created around an exceptional person’s capabilities.
The organization would retain complete discretion over whether any recommendation moves forward. My responsibility would be to bring forward the person, the opportunity, the proposed architecture, and the reasoning behind it.
Why It Matters
Traditional recruiting generally begins with a box: here is the position, find someone who fits it. But some of the most valuable relationships begin differently: here is an exceptional person, what could become possible if we structured the relationship correctly?
A growing ecosystem like Valuetainment and Lion Holdings requires both.
As the organization expands across businesses, media, technology, education, international markets, and new ventures, human capital becomes increasingly strategic. The opportunity is to develop another set of eyes and ears continually looking for people whose character, capability, ambition, relationships, or unique perspective could advance mutually aligned objectives.
This also creates an opportunity to recognize talent that traditional recruiting systems may overlook.
Definition of Success
Develop a trusted human-capital pipeline through which I consistently surface high-quality, value-aligned people and opportunities for consideration.
Success would not be measured simply by the number of people recruited.
It would be measured by the quality and longevity of the relationships created, the value those individuals ultimately contribute, the opportunities created for those individuals, and whether each engagement advances the broader objectives of Valuetainment and/or Lion Holdings.
Over time, the goal is to develop a reputation for a simple standard:
Find exceptional people. Understand what makes them exceptional. Architect the right opportunity. Create value in both directions.
Request three Gold Memberships at The Boardroom for designated members of the NodeVision team.
The intention is not to treat these memberships as passive benefits or occasional lounge access. We would activate The Boardroom as a strategic South Florida home for relationship development, qualified introductions, meaningful conversation, and mutually aligned opportunity creation.
The objective is to convert the access, events, guest privileges, environment, and community associated with the memberships into measurable value for NodeVision, Valuetainment, Lion Holdings, and The Boardroom itself.
Provide three Gold Memberships to designated NodeVision team representatives and allow us to develop a disciplined activation plan around them.
The Boardroom was created as a private community for entrepreneurs, founders, executives, and high performers who value meaningful relationships, elevated experiences, growth, and legacy.
Gold Membership provides access to the Main Lounge; invitations to General, Signature, and Exclusive Events; the ability for each member to bring up to three guests per month; concierge services; a personalized locker; and the ability to host one private event annually.
We would intentionally activate these benefits through:
Before activation, we would identify the three members, define their individual responsibilities, and establish a simple system for participation, guest selection, relationship follow-up, opportunity tracking, and reporting.
All guests, content, and activities would remain subject to The Boardroom’s policies, appropriate permissions, member privacy, confidentiality, and respect for the environment.
The Boardroom is not simply a cigar lounge. It is a curated environment designed to bring consequential people into proximity.
The potential value is not found solely in access to the physical space. It is found in the conversations, relationships, introductions, trust, and opportunities that can develop when the right people consistently share the same environment.
For the NodeVision team, The Boardroom can become a strategic South Florida relationship hub.
For Valuetainment, Lion Holdings, and The Boardroom, the three memberships would create three additional representatives committed to strengthening the community—not merely consuming its benefits.
Our responsibility would be to convert access into purposeful activity:
Participate consistently → Invite thoughtfully → Build trusted relationships → Surface aligned opportunities → Follow through → Document results → Reinvest value into the community
Three memberships would allow the team to divide responsibilities, expand relationship coverage, maintain consistent participation, and activate the guest privileges strategically.
Rather than asking the organization to speculate about whether the memberships will create value, we would accept responsibility for demonstrating it.
Success would mean that the three Gold Memberships become productive relationship assets that generate visible and measurable value across the broader ecosystem.
Potential outcomes could include:
We would periodically evaluate the memberships based on participation, guests introduced, relationships developed, opportunities surfaced, follow-through completed, and value contributed.
The request is straightforward:
Provide the NodeVision team with three Gold Memberships, and allow us to demonstrate—through disciplined participation, thoughtful introductions, documented execution, and measurable outcomes—how access to The Boardroom can be converted into lasting value for the entire ecosystem.
Objective
Leverage the Lion Holdings and Valuetainment network, influence, and ecosystem to gain responsible access to the relationships, conversations, infrastructure, and emerging technologies shaping the frontier of artificial intelligence.
Proposed Collaboration
Where appropriate, facilitate introductions and access to the people and rooms where frontier AI infrastructure, compute, emerging models, strategic partnerships, and early technological opportunities are being discussed and allocated.
The purpose is not access for access’s sake.
It is to remain close enough to the technological edge to understand what is changing, learn how to use it responsibly, and rapidly deploy emerging capabilities toward value-aligned, mission-driven initiatives across our ecosystem.
Why It Matters
In AI, meaningful advantages can emerge at the edge—and early advantages can compound extraordinarily quickly.
Being months ahead in understanding a capability, relationship, model, or infrastructure shift can materially change what an organization is capable of building.
Responsible stewardship therefore requires more than capital.
It requires proximity, understanding, access, experimentation, and the judgment to know when emerging technology should—and should not—be deployed.
Definition of Success
Develop a trusted pathway into the frontier AI ecosystem that allows us to learn early, access responsibly, experiment rapidly, deploy intentionally, and compound what works.
The goal is not to chase every technological advancement.
It is to ensure that when transformative capabilities emerge, we understand them, have responsible access to them, and are prepared to steward them toward meaningful outcomes.
Stay close to the edge. Understand it early. Steward it wisely. Build what matters.
Objective
Present the DAIA Innovation Campus for formal review as a $3 million seed-capital initiative: a permanent home for Dominican augmented intelligence and innovation on 400 tareas—approximately 62 acres—in the mountains of La Vega.
Place the raise deck and financial projections under shared review with Lion Holdings so the opportunity can be evaluated with the same clarity and structure as the other points in this proposal.
Site Walkthrough

Proposed Collaboration
Use two companion documents as the working foundation for this point.
The proposed collaboration begins with joint review and appropriate diligence—not acceptance based on assurance alone.
The campus would anchor work already in motion through three development phases:
Approximately 72% of the proposed raise would be directed toward durable land, infrastructure, and physical structures.
Why It Matters
This is an asset-backed capital opportunity involving titled land, campus infrastructure, and diversified revenue—not a single software proposition.
The raise deck and financial model place the material facts in view: the $3 million capital allocation, a modeled path to positive EBITDA in FY2029, projected FY2031 revenue of approximately $8.5 million, and roughly $2.15 million of the raise directed toward land and physical structures.
The model also includes a free-by-design educational distribution layer connecting schools, students, educators, and families with the broader campus ecosystem. That network supports the campus’s paid programs without monetizing children’s education, selling personal data, or commercializing the classroom.
Definition of Success
Lion Holdings reviews both documents, stress-tests the assumptions and financial drivers it considers material, and reaches one of two documented outcomes:
Success means this point is no longer simply held open. It is resolved into a specific, documented path forward.
Pursuit of Wisdom Initiative
Seven World Holdings’ education work already includes the Pursuit of Wisdom Initiative, designed to connect students in the Dominican Republic with international experts, mentors, meaningful dialogue, and guided learning opportunities.
The initiative provides an existing foundation from which broader education pathways and opportunities can be explored.
Objective
Explore a structured pathway for my children—and potentially, over time, other qualified international students—to participate in Valuetainment’s student volunteer, internship, and work-exposure opportunities, beginning with the merchandise operation discussed for next year’s conference.
The purpose is larger than simply working in a merchandise store. It is about giving young people meaningful exposure to professionalism, responsibility, entrepreneurship, customer service, teamwork, and the standards required to operate inside a high-performance American business environment.
Proposed Collaboration
Work together to understand what a legitimate and age-appropriate international student pathway could look like, including the necessary parental, educational, organizational, immigration, and legal considerations.
My family’s circumstances are unique, so I do not presume what structure is possible. I would simply like us to explore every appropriate avenue with seriousness and reasonable urgency.
If a workable model emerges, my children could serve as an initial case study, with the longer-term possibility of developing a repeatable opportunity for qualified students connected to DAIA and other aligned educational initiatives.
Why It Matters
Proximity can change a young person’s understanding of what is possible.
For my children specifically, the opportunity to spend meaningful time on American soil, near my home base, contributing within an organization I am helping to steward would create an unusual combination of family proximity, cultural exposure, professional development, responsibility, and mentorship.
More broadly, an international student who experiences a high-performance organization firsthand can return home carrying standards, relationships, confidence, and a fundamentally expanded frame of reference.
What begins as folding shirts, helping customers, organizing inventory, or supporting an event can become a young person’s first meaningful encounter with business.
Definition of Success
Identify a lawful, responsible and developmentally appropriate pathway for participation as soon as reasonably possible, while designing the experience around learning and character development rather than inexpensive labor.
Longer term, determine whether the experience can become a model through which other deserving international students gain similar exposure.
Give a young person responsibility. Expand their environment. Expand what they believe is possible.
Objective
Build the personal, family, physical, digital, and logistical infrastructure necessary for me to operate at my highest level as a founder.
My responsibilities and calling may require significant focus, travel, visibility, and periods when I cannot be physically present with my family. To perform at my best, I need confidence that the people and responsibilities entrusted to me are protected, prepared, and properly supported.
This is not primarily about building a security company. It is about establishing the foundation I need to pursue the mission responsibly.
What Is Needed
The first priority is to assess and strengthen the protection infrastructure surrounding me and my family, including:
The goal is not to create an intimidating presence or operate from fear. It is to establish calm, discreet, and dependable systems that allow everyone involved to move with greater confidence.
Why It Matters
A founder cannot operate at their highest level when part of their attention is continually occupied by unresolved concerns at home.
When the proper infrastructure is in place, I can travel, build, lead, and accept greater responsibility knowing that my family is cared for and that clear systems exist when I am not physically present.
This is ultimately about stewardship. If I am being called toward larger opportunities and greater responsibility, then I also have a responsibility to strengthen the foundation supporting that calling.
Guiding Principle
Security starts within the mind.
The first investment is not equipment or appearances. It is preparedness, judgment, discipline, communication, and having trusted people who know what to do.
The infrastructure should be thoughtful, proportional, and capable of growing alongside my responsibilities—without becoming driven by fear, excess, or unnecessary complexity.
Definition of Success
Success means having a clear, tested, and trusted system that protects my ability to operate while supporting the well-being of my family.
It means knowing that:
The goal is simple: create the stability, preparedness, and peace of mind required for me to operate at my best—and make sure this foundation is handled with the same seriousness as the work itself.
Objective
Establish stable, long-term family and founder home bases in South Florida and the Dominican Republic that provide the security, continuity, and physical foundation necessary to advance the family’s domestic and international objectives.
Initial steps toward this goal have already been taken. The priority now is to understand and, where appropriate, utilize the available methods, vehicles, relationships, resources, and processes that can responsibly accelerate its completion.
This is not simply a real-estate objective. It is the establishment of a secure and enduring foundation from which the family can live, grow, maintain meaningful relationships, pursue aligned opportunities, and build across generations.
Proposed Collaboration
Develop a clear pathway for evaluating and establishing the appropriate family home-base infrastructure in South Florida and the Dominican Republic.
Where appropriate, provide access to relevant knowledge, trusted relationships, professional guidance, and potential structures within the Valuetainment, Lion Holdings, and broader partner ecosystem.
This could include assistance with:
Any structure would be subject to appropriate diligence, professional guidance, mutual agreement, and clearly defined responsibilities. The immediate request is for the opportunity to understand the available pathways and pursue those best aligned with the family’s needs and long-term direction.
Why It Matters
The family is the foundation from which every broader mission, enterprise, and long-term contribution must be built.
A stable home base affects more than convenience. It influences safety, health, education, relationships, belonging, focus, continuity, and the family’s ability to plan across generations.
South Florida would provide a dependable domestic foundation with proximity to the Valuetainment and Lion Holdings ecosystem, important relationships, business activity, education, healthcare, media, and strategic opportunities.
The Dominican Republic would provide a complementary international foundation rooted in family, culture, relationships, regional opportunity, and the ability to build meaningful initiatives across borders.
Together, these locations would give the family greater stability while preserving the flexibility to pursue domestic and international objectives. Because the first pieces are already being put in motion, timely clarity and coordinated execution can help ensure that each decision contributes to a coherent family strategy.
Definition of Success
Establish secure, functional, and sustainable family home bases in South Florida and the Dominican Republic, supported by sound legal, financial, operational, and logistical structures.
Success would mean that the family can live and move between both locations with safety, continuity, and a genuine sense of home while maintaining access to the relationships, institutions, and opportunities necessary to fulfill its objectives.
The result should strengthen the family’s quality of life, provide a stable environment for future generations, and create a dependable platform from which domestic and international opportunities can be pursued responsibly.
Because this foundation supports the family and every initiative that follows, it should be treated as an immediate and extremely high priority.
The goal is clear:
Strengthen the family. Establish the foundation. Create stability across borders. Build for generations.
Objective
Make consistent soccer training part of my long-term development while I have proximity to the Valuetainment campus—not primarily to become a better athlete, but to intentionally learn a universal language that I can confidently pass to the next generation.
Proposed Collaboration
Establish an opportunity for consistent foundational soccer training on or around the Valuetainment campus.
I never had the opportunity to formally learn the fundamentals of the game growing up. Mr. Ismael Espada later introduced me to soccer in adulthood, and through that experience I developed a genuine appreciation for both its simplicity and its extraordinary global reach.
I would like to approach it now as a student: learn the fundamentals properly, practice consistently, understand the game, and eventually become competent enough to teach those foundations to my children.
This would not be a short-term experience. I view it as a small but consistent long-term investment of time.
Why It Matters
Few things transcend geography, language, culture, and economics as naturally as soccer.
A ball, a small amount of space, and other people are often enough.
As I think about the life my children may experience—traveling between countries, cultures, communities, and socioeconomic environments—I want them equipped with simple ways to connect genuinely with people wherever they go.
They never need to pursue soccer professionally.
The value is that whether they find themselves in Florida, the Dominican Republic, Latin America, Europe, Africa, or somewhere we cannot yet anticipate, they can walk onto a field, join a game, and immediately possess something in common with the people around them.
That is bigger to me than the sport itself.
Definition of Success
Develop genuine competency in soccer’s foundational skills through consistent training, discipline, and repetition—eventually reaching the point where I can confidently teach those fundamentals to my children and participate alongside them.
The ultimate return is generational:
Learn the language. Practice it. Pass it down. Give the next generation one more way to connect with the world.
Objective
Establish a mutual understanding that proximity creates influence—and that influence carries responsibility, particularly when children are involved.
As our families, organizations, and missions become more closely connected, there is a meaningful possibility that the next generation will observe, learn from, and potentially model the people with whom they are given meaningful proximity.
Proposed Understanding
Any meaningful influence I may have with the children should exist within the permission, boundaries, values, and authority established by their parents.
My commitment is not to prescribe a path for another person's child, but to live and build in a manner worthy of observation. If invited into that proximity, I want the principles reflected through my example to be understood and aligned with what their parents desire for their children.
Those principles include the willingness to dream big while remaining willing to serve small; to build boldly; to steward technology, capital, opportunity, and influence responsibly; and to consider one's responsibility not only to oneself or one's company, but potentially to communities and nations.
Why It Matters
Children are shaped not only by what they are taught, but by what they repeatedly witness.
If the journey ahead produces the level of impact we believe is possible, there is a material possibility that the children around us will witness that journey firsthand. They may see companies being built, difficult problems being solved, communities being served, nations being considered, failures being navigated, and increasingly significant responsibility being stewarded.
That exposure can meaningfully affect what a young person believes is possible for his or her own life.
For that reason, influence should not be treated casually. The greater the proximity, the greater the responsibility to ensure that the example being modeled reinforces—not competes with—the foundation being established by the parents.
Definition of Success
Mutual clarity.
The parents understand the principles, ambitions, responsibilities, and worldview their children may encounter through meaningful proximity to me, and I understand what they would—and would not—want reinforced through that relationship.
There is no assumption of influence and no attempt to supersede parental authority. There is simply an intentional understanding that, where proximity exists, influence may follow—and that we share responsibility for stewarding it well.
Proximity creates influence. Influence creates responsibility. Responsibility requires stewardship.
Objective
Establish a shared standard that this partnership should create meaningful, measurable, and enduring opportunity for the people who helped build the foundation upon which it stands.
We do not view people as transactional labor, inexpensive resources, or line items to be optimized. We view them as teammates entrusted to our leadership.
If someone has committed meaningful time, talent, loyalty, sacrifice, or belief to helping us build, our responsibility as leaders is not simply to compensate them fairly. Where value creation makes it reasonably possible, our aspiration should be to create an opportunity capable of materially changing the trajectory of their life.
What “Life-Changing” Means
For purposes of this proposal, life-changing should not be an emotional phrase without a measurable standard.
A life-changing opportunity should create meaningful advancement across three dimensions:
1Economic Mobility
A material improvement in financial position, earning potential, ownership, savings, or long-term wealth-building opportunity.
2Professional Trajectory
Skills, responsibilities, relationships, credentials, or experiences that permanently increase what that individual is capable of doing and the opportunities available to them.
3Long-Term Participation
Where appropriate and earned, a mechanism through which teammates can continue benefiting from some portion of the value they helped create rather than participating only through short-term compensation.
Not every teammate needs to receive the same outcome. Life-changing should be equitable and principled—not necessarily equal.
Proposed Understanding
Significant thought and due diligence have already gone into considering the people behind this proposal individually—not simply what they can contribute, but what successful execution could mean for their lives.
As part of finalizing the broader strategic partnership, we would like to document each key teammate, their contribution, and the specific mechanism through which the proposed transaction or investment could create a meaningful long-term opportunity for them.
The objective is to create a two-way value architecture: people create value for the organization → the organization creates value for the people → those people become increasingly capable of creating value for others.
This is how we believe principled organizations compound.
Why It Matters
This represents an important negotiating principle for me as a leader.
I am not interested in pursuing extraordinary outcomes while treating the people who helped us reach them as ordinary inputs.
If we are discussing meaningful capital, relationships, distribution, technology, and potentially generational enterprise value, then we should also be thoughtful about how that opportunity reaches the people whose work, loyalty, and sacrifice helped make the opportunity possible.
This is inspired by a principle of Kingdom stewardship: what is entrusted to us should be multiplied responsibly, and its multiplication should create opportunities to serve more than ourselves.
Therefore, while the individual structures and economics remain open for thoughtful discussion, the underlying principle is important: we move forward together.
Not because every individual is entitled to the same economics, and not because every relationship must remain unchanged forever, but because I have intentionally brought this team to the table believing there is a responsible path for this opportunity to become meaningful for each of them.
Definition of Success
Before finalizing the broader partnership, there is mutual agreement on the Life-Changing Opportunity Standard, and each identified teammate has a clear, responsible, and economically sustainable pathway for participating in the opportunity being created.
That does not mean guaranteeing wealth or guaranteeing outcomes we cannot control.
It means ensuring that if we succeed together, the architecture exists for that success to meaningfully reach the people who helped create it.
For me, this is one of the standards by which the partnership itself should ultimately be measured.
Build with people. Create value together. Share opportunity responsibly. Leave lives meaningfully better because we built together.
Objective
Sit down together to explore, become educated on, and establish the structure of a life insurance plan — with the shared understanding, before any policy is discussed, that this is an act of stewardship, not a financial transaction.
Proposed Collaboration
An unhurried working session to shape the plan: policy type, coverage, ownership structure, and beneficiary design — woven into Seven World’s trust and estate architecture, and reviewed with licensed professionals before anything is signed. Done thoughtfully, done once, done well.
Why It Matters
The greatest insurance any man can have is a life of righteousness — lived in fear of God, in line with His laws, in pursuit of wisdom. That is the foundation of this plan, and it has nothing to do with money.
Our one calling is to become like Christ — and we are here today because a Father so loved the world that He gave His Son, and the Son laid His life down willingly. Fatherhood gives a man a glimpse of that love, and it transforms the timeframe in which he thinks. A parent does not deliberate about laying down his life for his child; love settles that question long before it is ever asked. That is the frame this plan is built in.
Scripture calls Him the Light of the World — and it is not poetry. A photon’s energy can never be destroyed: whatever strikes light absorbs it and is changed by it, and when light strikes what is already energized, it multiplies into perfect copies of itself. The cross proved it. Twelve became billions, and the signal has never dimmed. A life laid down in love is not lost — it is transferred, multiplied, carried forward into children, into covenant, into everything built in its name.
We are going into the world to solve big problems, and big problems place men in uncommon circumstances. Should we ever face one, know this: the governance here is kingdom stewardship, held by someone unafraid to give up what is important for what is most important.
Definition of Success
A policy in force and correctly owned — personal, trust-held, or entity-level, resolved with counsel — and integrated with the trust and estate plan. Beyond the paperwork, a documented mutual understanding that the plan exists to serve the mission and the family, so that continuity is never a question, whatever comes.
